Soft Service Supervisor – IMAR Trading and Contracting co. W.L.L.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of soft service staff, including cleaners, janitors, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all soft service tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of soft service staff to various areas and tasks.
- Train and mentor soft service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of soft service staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure all areas are properly maintained.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in the soft service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in cleaning and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
