Soft Service Supervisor – IMAR Trading and Contracting co. W.L.L.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of soft service staff, including cleaners, janitors, and maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure that all soft service tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of soft service staff to various areas and tasks.
  • Train and mentor soft service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of soft service staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure all areas are properly maintained.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in the soft service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in cleaning and hygiene practices is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
