Social Media Specialist – Maraya Digital

Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging, creative, and compelling text, image, and video content for social media platforms that align with both the agency’s and clients’ brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive content strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve lead generation or sales goals for clients.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels for both the agency and its clients.
  • Plan, organize, and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and actively engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly to foster a positive brand relationship.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media management platforms. Use these insights to optimize content and strategies for improved performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless integration across different marketing campaigns.
  • Handle any social media crises or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner, taking appropriate steps to mitigate damage to the brand's reputation.
  • Continuously test new ideas, formats, and innovative tactics to enhance social media performance and keep both the agency and clients at the forefront of social media marketing.
