Site Manager – ERAM Manpower Service

Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure that the Turnaround (TA) is completed safely within the time in adherence to quality. Ensure that the site personnel are interviewed by COMPANY and mobilized to site on time. Ensure proper communication with the Company TA Manager and prioritize all instruction given by him. Ensure competent and adequate manpower and equipment (resources) are mobilized to site for the Scope of Work. Ensure his Site HSE Manager takes immediate corrective actions & prepares closeout report for all sub- standard conditions, incidents recorded at site. Coordinate all site activities with his Site Key personnel. Ensure that his Planning team develops detailed Level – 4 schedule in consultation & working with Company’s TA Planning team and report the progress at the daily progress meeting. Ensure proper resources & support is given to the sub-contractors. Ensure QA /QC In-charge effectively coordinates his activities. Directs his Sub-Contractor Coordinator to coordinate effectively with all subcontractor works at site and providing them required support. Ensure his Administration team personnel requests for LOA’s on time with Company for application of Visas, Oil Security Pass (Critical Infrastructure & Costal Protection Authority). Ensure that his site Administration team submit all requirement for entry exit pass for manpower, equipment and materials etc. as per company procedure. Ensure that all the additional works get formal approval as per the agreed procedure in contract. Responsible for preparation and submission of TA Contractor comprehensive close-out report to the company.
Desired Candidate Profile

Competencies Required Educational Qualifications Degree holder in Mechanical discipline. (b) Experience · 15 years of relevant experience · Worked as Site Manager / Leader in Oil & Gas, petrochemical Turnaround for at least two projects of similar size · At least 8 years of similar experience with in GCC · Very good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair, testing and maintenance of wide range Rotating equipment (c) Skills Technical Skills · Computer literate (MS Office) · Knowledge in preparing method statements · Knowledge of different engineering codes and specifications Personal Skills · Cooperative, hardworking and punctual · Has proactive approach in delivering tasks · Able to work independently with less supervision · Good relationship with clients and staff · Highly analytical, keen on details and can do multi-tasking Communication Skills · English(read/write//speak), other languages will be an added advantage Supervisory / Leadership · Should be able to lead multiple teams (d) Physical requirements · Aged between 30-40 years (e) HSE requirements HSE Induction / Office Safety / Ergonomics /Fire Prevention & Control / Electrical Safety / Occupational Health / Environmental Awareness / Accident / Near Miss Reporting / Emergency Response / Toxic Gases / Confined Spaces / Civil Job Safety / Defensive Driving / Compressed Gas Cylinder Handling / Welding Cutting & Grinding / Work at Height / Waste Management / Hand & Power Tool Safety / Heat Stress / Lifting Operations Working Environment and General Requirements (a) Location · Any site location, as per project assignment
