Job Description
The Doctor directs the administration of activities in the company’s HSE which includes formulation of the needed policies and procedures, compliance of the reports required by the Ministry of Health, preparation of medical reports for the company’s records and facilitate employees’ medical needs
Responsibilities
- • Manages the company HSE in terms of medical areas and perform OPD treatments and care to promote an organized system of deploying medical services to employees.
- Organizes emergency response team and implement Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) procedures.
- Evaluate all employees in relation to their injuries and asses the severity of the injury to determine that the employee should be admitted into the hospital for further treatment.
- Establishes systematic purchase and replenishment procedures of medicines and supplies.
