This role is crucial to ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, providing our customers with safe and reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the service and maintenance of the car rental fleet. - Schedule and oversee regular vehicle inspections and repairs. - Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing. - Maintain accurate records of all service activities and ensure compliance with company standards. - Handle customer complaints related to vehicle performance and service. - Implement strategies to improve service quality and reduce downtime. - Train and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and efficiency. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in car service management. - Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus. - Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
