Service Manager
Job Description
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the service budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for service innovation.
Qualification
- ·University degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile Mechanical Engineering Required
- Experience 3-5 Years
- Preferred Nationality : Indian Job description ( minimum 4- 5 points )
- Achieve business plan in all areas of influence such as General Repair, Body shop and Maintenance
- Ensure the service delivery quality standards and promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give optimum level of impact.
- Recommend purchasing of new equipment and material to ensure maximum efficiency and state of art service operations considering such factors as new car sales forecasts, new car models, introduction of new technology etc.
- Organize the service garage layout, facilities such as parking space and product service bay design in order to increase service garage capacity and ensure smooth flow of service garage traffic
- Ensure service garage customer database is constantly updated and maintained.
- Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer database and generate business
- Monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements, competition, customer feedback, report to management and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required
- Monitor and report on service garage activities and performance and take corrective measures as necessary
- Ensure full adherence of service garage operations to the Principal’s quality standards.
- Ensure the standards of the facilities within the jurisdiction are maintained to agreed standards as set by Management
