Responsibilities
- Install and maintain service equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Train customers on the proper use of equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar service engineering role.
- Relevant certifications in equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in the industry, preferably in marking and coding.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of repair and maintenance for continuous inkjet printers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
