Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain service equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Train customers on the proper use of equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar service engineering role.
  • Relevant certifications in equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in the industry, preferably in marking and coding.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of repair and maintenance for continuous inkjet printers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
