Senior Technical Specialist – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the quality of maintenance work (Corrective Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance).
- Endorse all performed service orders.
- Good knowledge of different types of chillers like:Carrier, Trane, and York air-cooled reciprocating chillers. Screw chillers, package units, cold stores, ducted split, CCU, VRV, AHU, FCU, split units, and window AC units.
- Ability to work on equipment/brands such as:Carrier, York, and Trane air-cooled reciprocating and screw chillers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with various HVAC equipment.
- Independently troubleshoot and rectify problems (experience with different types of chillers is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and ability to read electrical control wiring and identify different HVAC spare parts.
- Experience in inspection, overhauling, testing, and repairing/replacing compressors and defective parts or components.
- Ability to communicate in English and provide completion reports.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures at work sites.
