Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations, including customer service, maintenance, and administration.

· Ensure checklists are completed and operational issues are resolved.

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

· Manage staff schedules and task assignments.

· Handle inventory, restocking, and staff training.

· Monitor staff performance and address issues.

· Address incidents, customer complaints, and follow-ups.

· Promote products and services to drive engagement.

· Achieve performance targets and ensure policy adherence.

Job Requirements:

· Must be an Omani national.

· High school graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

· Strong customer care skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

· Ability to build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.

· Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and solve problems.

· Proven ability to set and maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
