Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and external stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement, production, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure production aligns with sales forecasts and inventory needs.

  • Determine optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage costs while meeting production schedules.
  • Balancing stock levels is essential to avoid excess inventory costs or shortages.
  • Manage the transport of goods from raw materials to finished products.
  • Select transport options, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, resolve any issues, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to integrate supply chain management with broader company strategies.
  • Managing comprehensive order processing and overseeing logistics to guarantee efficient delivery schedules.

Skills Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, particularly in demand planning and order management.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, including demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
