Responsibilities
- Process Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end property handover process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required tasks and documentation.
- Client Liaison : Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the handover process, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Documentation Oversight : Ensure that all handover documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Team Coordination : Collaborate with various departments, such as Sales, Legal, and Maintenance, to facilitate smooth handover operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct final inspections and quality checks to ensure that properties meet all contractual and quality standards before handover to clients.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to junior staff members, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the handover team.
- Bachelor s degree or 2+ relevant work experience.
- Mandatory: Knowledge of home inspections and delivery process
