Senior Sales & Operation Manager / Director – Fast Line Technical Services LLC
Responsibilities
- Visiting clients and obtaining information regarding upcoming projects.
- Working alongside with Sales Engineers on costings
- Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales target targets of their respective group. Completing sales target assigned by Managing Director.
- Keeping track of competitor’s movements. 6. Visiting new and existing customers, making presentation, generating opportunities, building lasting relationships, finally securing business / purchase contracts.
- Securing orders from clients.
- Enquiries / commercial / technical analysis of customers RFQ/ costing and post bid customer follow-ups.
- Preparing and monitoring sales presentation as to suit individual stake holder.
- Securing project-based approval or permanent company approval of IIE and its partner suppliers/manufacturers.
- Monitoring and assisting management team/ contracts in resolving post order issues with contracts / clients.
- Organizing internal meeting on DAILY BASIS to keep the group abreast of the progress of sales and contract.
- Making weekly sales & contract progress to Managing Director and monthly to management team (MD & ED).
- Securing payments from the customers on/ before time.
- Resolving issues such as imposition of liquidated damages, PO cancellation or suspension with customer.
- Heading & leading the Global project groups and managing the group member in their respective roles.
- Preparing sales budgets, KPI’s for group and presenting it to Managing Director
- Market research refers to reviewing, exploring and discovering projects from various database
- Should have knowledge of vendors management and qualification / approval process.
- Should have contacts of international manufacturers.
- Familiar with closing NCRs and carry out RCA.
- Familiar with working with big projects and tenders and converting to purchase orders.
- Has got wide experience in mechanical static, rotating , Instrument , electrical sales and marketing
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have Mechanical or instrumentation engineering background.
- Have already worked with oil & gas and petrochemical products and services.
- Have a technical background and knowledge of mechanical and instruments products of oil & gas.
- Knows about PDO specifications, international standards, materials grades, certification and type of tests.
- Should have good contacts in Oman clients and EPCs.
- Experience in Oman not less than 15 years and 10 years other countries.
- Should know the process of vendors approval.
- Should have contacts of international manufacturers.
- Familiar with closing NCRs and carry out RCA.
- Should have Mechanical or instrumentation engineering background.
- Have already worked with oil & gas and petrochemical process Equipments and services.
- Have a technical background and knowledge of mechanical and instruments products of oil & gas.
- Should have experience and skill in business management.
