Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that target B2B customers
  • Approaching new MEP consultants & contractors
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in selecting the right products and solutions
  • Follow-up with production & logistics in order to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain current market information in terms of pricing, market share and competitors’ activity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales of HVAC products and duct manufacturing solutions.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and duct manufacturing products.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented
  • Abilityto analyse and synthesize information promptly.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  • Team player and articulate personality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • KSA Driving License + Own car is required.
