Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clients’ accounts. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the sales team and analyzing sales performance metrics on regular basis. Furthermore, you should be identifying the clients’ requirements and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Degree in Computer Science or other relevant courses in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Sales for IT Products and Solutions companies.
  • Background in managing accounts and relationships with multiple customers.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to listen and ask the right questions.
  • Ability to easily build rapport and affinity to different customers and their representatives.
  • Self-Motivated and Results Oriented.
