Job Description

This role will be the focal point for the Team and will be expected to plan work requested by other Senior Staff Members and coordinate with Leadership in order to meet the timescales requested, or advise where the timescales cannot be met and suggest mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a Team to carry out Measurement Activities within the Office.
  • Leading a Team to carry out Pre-Tender Estimates, Cost plans and Budgets as requested by Senior Staff.
  • Leading a Team carrying out Tender Evaluations and Reports.
  • Coordinating with Senior Staff to allocate adequate resources to complete tasks to the timescale required.
  • Leading a Team to carry out any other Pre or Post Contract QS Tasks requested by Senior Staff Ownership of the Internal Reporting, internal Cost Control and profitability of the Team.
  • Under limited supervision, normally receives little instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
