Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project teams and coordinate activities between various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement project strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
- Manage the design and construction process, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, building codes, health & safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including brokers, investors, and government officials.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to inform decision-making and mitigate risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real estate, property development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
- Extensive knowledge of local real estate market and zoning regulations.
- Must have good contact with the Consultant, Contractors, Vendors & Authorities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
