Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee project teams and coordinate activities between various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
  • Manage the design and construction process, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, building codes, health & safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including brokers, investors, and government officials.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to inform decision-making and mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Real estate, property development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
  • Extensive knowledge of local real estate market and zoning regulations.
  • Must have good contact with the Consultant, Contractors, Vendors & Authorities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ready to Join immediately
