Job Description
- Experience in formulating Vision, Mission, Themes, Objectives, Values
- Experience in doing PESTLE Analysis, SWOT Analysis , Bench Marking
- Cascade down the corporate strategy to all Affairs and departments,
- Support in updating rolling plan and setting KPIs.
- Coordinate with departments to finalize Half yearly Performance Reviews/ Year End performance reviews.
