Senior Piping Engineer – Technip Energies
Job Description
Design reviews of Piping drawings / documents / calculations submitted by Vendors / contractors.
Good written & oral communication skills of English language as necessary for performing the above tasks, for technical reporting and Coordination with client.
Responsibilities
• Conversant with ASME B31 Code for Pressure Piping and other standards referred therein, ASME / API Standards, NACE and other international codes & standards. • Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR-II software. • Must have Static and Dynamic Stress analysis experience both for Onshore and Offshore projects. • Flange leakage and WRC calculations, trunnion calculations, Slug/Surge calculations. • AIV, FIV and transportation calculations. • Pipe support Engineering. • Preparation of technical specifications / data sheets for springs and expansion joints and Technical bid evaluation. • Troubleshooting of stress related problems in existing lines. • Preparation of Stress reports including stress sketches. • Work in close coordination with the Layout group in Equipment layouts and Piping layouts.
