Job Description

Responsible for monitoring and processing of grocery orders, including the coordination of the deliveries with the Logistics riders and initiating a refund for any returns of purchased goods.

Responsibilities
  • • Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers, ensuring the highest quality products
  • Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable
  • Select, scan, and pack products carefully and coordinate the delivery with the rider. 
  • Monitor fail rate and attend customer complaints 
  • Process refund requests
  • Coordinate all the operations issue to the Team Lead vendor promptly 
  • Ensure on time completion of orders What you need to be successful
  • Well organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions either verbal or written, and ability to read, retain and comprehend customer orders, product and customer labels, Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise to ensure anything you do is right for our customers
  • Reliable and a good timekeeper
  • Must be smart and tidy at all times
