Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in the design of interior fit-outs, fumiture, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptualizing interior design projects, pitching designs to clients, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Develop and present innovative interior design concepts for various projects.
- Client Engagement: Confidently pitch design ideas to clients and effectively push for design approvals.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from initial concept through to project completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and successful project outcomes.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard interior design software to create detailed and accurate design plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, specifically in interior fit-outs, furniture, and fixtures.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Industry Background: Previous experience working in architectural design consultancy firms is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and other relevant tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and client interfacing skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to push design approvals and overcome project challenges.
