SENIOR INTEGRITY ENGINEER – STAR SERVICES LLC

Responsibilities
* Assist the Head of Processing (AUH)/Head of Maintenance & Integrity (AUH) in developing the annual and long term maintenance plan for all facilities in line with Company’s overall maintenance strategy. * Assist the Head of Processing (AUH) in developing AIM plans for all surface process facilities in line with Company’s AIM policy and overall strategy. * Support in seeking approval for AIM improvement plans to support the achievement of AIM policy objectives and related works. * Support in seeking approval for the Steel & Integrity section’s annual maintenance & inspection plans to support the achievement of company's short term and long term maintenance strategy. * Coordinate and assist in the effective implementation of approved plans across company's facilities within set timelines and budgets to facilitate uninterrupted operations. * Supervise and coordinate the inspection, maintenance and integrity assurance of all related equipment and systems across offshore facilities. * In the event of outsourcing of any inspection activities, ensure effective coordination and monitoring of contractor works. * Monitor the quality of material, equipment and technical skills deployed in maintenance and installation works to assure Company Asset Integrity Management policy and objectives are fulfilled. * Conduct/Participate in regular work/project review meetings with in-house teams/contractors to discuss and resolve any integrity related issues as and when required to ensure completion of all works in a safe and professional manner. * Provide effective leadership for building the Integrity team setting with individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating Staff in order to maximize individual and departmental performance related to integrity aspect. * Represent Company when required for external agency forums, presentations and negotiations. * Assist the Group Head, Processing in the preparation of Processing Section’s budgets based on Company’s production, maintenance & inspection plans and coordinate all assigned activities in compliance with the approved budgets and time lines.
Desired Candidate Profile

*Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering * Min 10 years relevant experience of which at least 8 years within the oil & gas industry as Integrity engineer level. * Valid certification of API 510 & API 570, ASNT Level 2 in UT, PT, RT, MPT – mandatory * Valid certification of API 653 or API 581 – advantageous
