Senior Inspector – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in evaluation of school inspection teams and providing internal team quality assurance, training, mentoring and support for new inspectors
- Design and develop educational accountability systems, including quality assurance framework and evaluation approaches, in-line with the UAE and Dubai’s priorities for the future of education
- Direct and delegate technical and operational assignments to ensure efficient and effective execution of strategic plans.
- Lead on engagement initiatives with various stakeholders and provide management with consultation on how best to address stakeholders needs
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum of a Masters’ degree in Education or a closely related field • Preferably a minimum of 15 years in an educational setting (including 5 years in educational evaluation, educational improvement, leadership or a related specialist position) • Excellent written and spoken communication (English or bilingual Arabic/English)
