Job Description
We are looking for your skills to manage the day-to-day operations of HR School Fees section adhering to Qatar Airway’s policies, procedures and programs by providing efficient and timely services to employees across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to set standard operating procedures detailing internal controls & governance checks to ensure financial accuracy for invoice validations and full adherences to QR Group policies & internal procedures.
- Ensure day-to-day operational tasks and timely processing of school fees claims submitted by employees in the monthly payroll cycle.
- Conduct audit checks by reviewing staff records to ensure compliance with employee contracts.
- Reconcile invoices submitted by employees towards school fee claims in line with company policy.
- Liaise with HR Payroll on monthly school fees reimbursement and confirm the variances on monthly basis. Responsible to implement service standard measures to demonstrate efficiency of process.
- Set monthly rigor for reporting of financial and service measures for transaction validated and processed by school fee section.
- Responsible to oversea Doha & Overseas schools’ verifications database maintained by School Fees section.
- Review exceptional school fees claims processed on monthly basis and maintain signed off approval list on the school fee section database.
- Coordinate with Remuneration and Policies team for various matters such as school fees, reimbursement eligibility criteria, defining reimbursable and non-reimbursable elements to ensure that everything is aligned with guidelines.
