Job Description

Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of Consultancy experience is required, preferably in Transportation/Railway projects; 5 years experience in similar role.
Thorough knowledge of up-to-date, industry-leading software and technologies, including Adobe Suite, Auto Desk Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of innovative design solutions for railway stations, platforms, signage, wayfinding systems, train interiors, and other related components.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design proposals, considering factors such as user experience, accessibility, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
  • Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, renderings, and animations to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Compile high quality graphics/animation to be included in presentations to Government Agencies -Board of Directors
  • Provide graphic design for the business development team
  • Create visual and creative design documents using Indesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other software.
  • Analyze rough sketches, drawings, and specifications and be able to synthesize the information into clear graphics.
  • Maintain and manage models, files, design and drawing logs tracking revisions in an organized manner.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement new technologies/visual aids as necessary.
  • Executes additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Producing all graphics required for the content of bids, liaising with individual graphics owners within the bid team as appropriate.
  • Taking full responsibility for creating and sourcing all graphic artwork.
  • Ensure all graphic artwork created follows the corporate branding guidelines and oversee the development of the visual bid branding.
  • Liaising with Proposals and communications teams on all complementary aspects of submission content.
  • Coordinating with Proposals teams to ensure timely completion and publication of submissions.
  • Management of the bidding graphics and image libraries.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of Consultancy experience is required, preferably in Transportation/Railway projects; 5 years experience in similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of up-to-date, industry-leading software and technologies, including Adobe Suite, Auto Desk Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Comfortable in both iOS and Windows environments.
  • Ability to generate high-quality products in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in both printed and digital documents
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with other department members concurrently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience with PMC /Client , preparing presentations for PIF/Royal Commissions strongly preferred
