We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Concept Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to create and present compelling architectural concepts and designs to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and unique architectural concepts and sketches
- Effectively pitch and sell design concepts to clients
- Design a variety of projects including towers, hospitality, residential, and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions
- Maintain a strong portfolio of winning concept designs
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architecture and design software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design with consultancy firms.
- Proficient in architectural design softwares
- Proven track record of successful concept designs that have won client approvals
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
