We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Kuwait. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and conferences
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
