Responsibilities:

المسؤوليات:

• Collaborate with the Principal to bring innovative strategies to the Implementation of the US curriculum

التعاون مع مدير المدرسة لتقديم استراتيجيات مبتكرة لتنفيذ المناهج الدراسية الأمريكية .

• In partnership with the Principal, provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning throughout the school

بالشراكة مع مدير المدرسة، توفير القيادة المهنية وإدارة التدريس والتعلم في جميع أنحاء المدرسة.

• Work with the Principal to ensure the school and the people and resources within it are well organized and managed to provide an efficient, effective and safe learning environment.

العمل مع مدير المدرسة لضمان تنظيم المدرسة والأشخاص والموارد داخلها بشكل جيد وإدارتها لتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة تتسم بالكفاءة و الفعالية.

• Ensure that students enjoy and benefit from a high-quality education, promoting collective responsibility within the whole school community

التأكد من أن الطلاب يتمتعون ويستفيدون من تعليم عالي الجودة، وتعزيز المسؤولية الجماعية داخل المجتمع المدرسي بأكمله.

• Develop a school ethos which enables everyone to work collaboratively, share knowledge and understanding, celebrate success and accept responsibility for outcomes

تطوير روح المدرسة التي تمكن الجميع من العمل بشكل تعاوني، وتبادل المعرفة والفهم، والاحتفال بالنجاح وقبول المسؤولية عن النتائج.

• Ensure that strategic planning takes account of the diversity, values and experience of the school and the UAE community at large

التأكد من أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار التنوع والقيم والخبرة للمدرسة والمجتمع الإماراتي ككل.

• Monitor, evaluate and review the effects of policies, priorities and targets of the school in practice and take action if necessary

رصد وتقييم ومراجعة آثار السياسات والأولويات والأهداف للمدرسة في الممارسة العملية واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة إذا لزم الأمر.

• Work with the Principal to improve the quality of teaching and learning and students achievement, setting high expectations and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of learning outcomes
