Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction activities including tool box meeting and ensure standard operation procedures are met aspects of construction schedule.
  • Calculate and Collect daily work done quantity and make daily construction progress report.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other department such as procurement, field control, field engineering to proceed construction progress and to resolve interface issues.
  • Monitor construction quality control activities of NCR, LBE, inspection schedule, Other quality issues and construction safety control program and perform safety audit (Inc. S-CAR).
  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice to resolve problems.
  • Perform all other supervisory works assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Prepare Weekly Progress Photos, Preparation & conducting of weekly Progress meeting with Client,
  • Departments & Subcontractors
  • CM Tool Manpower/Equipment/Quantity inputting(Data set-up).
  • Control & Operate CM Tool activity such as Updating CM Tool Quantity & manpower.
  • Prepare pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.
  • Coordinate with cost engineer who maintain budget tracking tools and forecast project completion cost ad time, including earned-value analysis.
  • Provide efficient and accurate feedback for all processes to PMC Team.
  • Provide program impact analysis and variance analysis.
  • Provide critical path analysis and address critical issues of the project.
  • Follow-up the equipment/materials delivery, as well as engineering work packages issuance.
  • Participate in the change management process and trends analysis.
  • Highlight potential problems with recommendations for remedial action, and ensure changes have been incorporated in the project plan / schedule.
  • Co-ordinate schedule interfaces between licensors' and subcontractors' activities.
  • Provide regular forecasting of the project schedule, including key milestones.
  • Understand the project requirements defined in the specifications & prepare WBS, project schedule in Primavera or MS Project.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and/or site personnel and collect periodic work performance data.
  • Prepare and review resource histograms and progress S curves.
  •  Timely deliver accurate and integrated project controls information including all relevant documents and reports as per the conditions of contract.
  • Prepare mitigation plan, remaining works schedule and other detailed schedule depending on the project requirements.

Qualifications: Experience

  •  As supervisor in hydrocarbon / petrochemical / Power plant EPC field is desired. (Gas, GOSP, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc.)
  • Engineering & Construction Company working experience in Middle East is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (esp. Microsoft Excel)
  • Profound knowledge in plant construction process
  • Understanding predecessors and successors in EPC Schedule etc.
  • Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
