Responsibilities
- - Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- - Develop strategies to effectively promote products & services to the target market in generating sales and capturing market share.
- - Achieve the sales target set by the Management.
- - Prepare Quotations and follow-up to close the deal. Follow up pending payments and ensure timely collection. Maintain all paper works in good order.
- - Closely monitor market activities to identify opportunities for growth. Identify areas of improvements and concerns - accordingly develop action plans.
- - Regularly visit clients in maintaining good & healthy business relationships and attend all business inquires.
- - Attend all communications professionally in leaving an everlasting impression on the recipient.
- - Prepare reports & presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market information.
- - Always be updated with the latest technical information on products and services – pass on the knowledge learnt to subordinates.
- - Provide Training and demonstration to staff and clients as required.
- - Conduct branch audit ensuring top merchandising, availability of sufficient stocks, cleanliness and salesman trade knowledge of the products line.
- - Develop and enforce best practices to ensure Operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Age Below 35 years.
- Experience in Automotive Battery Brands such as Exide, Amaron, Panasonic, Optima, Varta etc.
- Strong Technical Knowledge in Automotive Batteries and their applications.
- Gulf Experience is preferable.
