Roles & Responsibilities
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT To oversee inventory of scaffolding material and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance. QUALITY CONTROL To ensure all scaffolding material and equipment meets industry standard are in good working condition. PROJECT COORDINATION To ensure good coordination with project managers for timely delivery to different project sites. WORK SCHEDULING To properly organize and schedule day to day yard operations. DOCUMETATION To maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials from the yard. To prepare weekly and monthly material utilization report To indicate material requirement based on project delivery schedule To undertake periodic physical count and produce reports To identify and report material resizing, refurbishment or scrap disposal.
