We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team in the paper manufacturing and recycling industry, Employee Central hands-on experience is a must to this role. This role is critical in enhancing our HR operations through the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HR modules, specifically Payroll and SuccessFactors, with a passion for driving process improvements and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with our HR and IT teams to ensure that our systems support our organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors modules tailored to meet the needs of our organization.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices related to payroll processing and HR management using SAP solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, system performance, and user access, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design and deliver training sessions and user documentation for HR staff and end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors tools.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP technologies, particularly in the areas of Payroll and SuccessFactors, to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and compliant.
- Work with IT teams to integrate SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing enhancements to payroll processes, including automation opportunities and system upgrades.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and IT, facilitating communication and collaboration on system-related projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, specifically in Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementation and optimization projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and local labor laws within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.
- SAP certification in HCM and/or SuccessFactors is highly desirable, Employee Central
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
