Job Description
A Sales Representative is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase by them or someone in their household.
Responsibilities
- To open and close shop on time as per company provided schedule and also make sure attendance at shop during shop opening.
- Achieve the target of the shop
- Maintain customer services and facilities, greet customers and provide assistance, maintain cleanliness and order at shop.
- Implement FIFO system at shops.
- Attract new customers & approaching company products
- Check cash box at the time of opening and closing of shop
- Check sales report and cash in box
- Remove deposit from system if already deposited in bank
- To perform shop audit on weekly basis and send report to ASM/Shop In charge
- To listen customers complaints and satisfy them by providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain stock, supplies and inventories, take inventory, communicate demand to Shop In charge/ASM, check received stock against invoices, mark prices on stock and restock shelves
- Maintain accounts, record attendance, receive cash and provide correct change, operate the cash register, make deposits, print and record receipts
- To ensure company policies, operational procedures and manuals are fully implemented.

- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.

- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
