Sales Team Manager

As the Sales Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our sales floor to success. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Provide guidance, training, and coaching to help sales representatives improve their performance - Analyze team performance and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment .
