Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Preferred Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, including at least one year in a supervisory role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong understanding of sales operations, and ability to analyze and interpret sales data
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and effectively prioritize to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickl
