Sales Specialist – Industrial Tool and Equipments – KAVALANI & SONS W.L.L

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position products or services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of sales agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Track and report sales activities and results to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through self-development and training opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiar with industrial products,tools and equipments
  • Exposure in Oil field related products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
