Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be handling B2B sales, we expect you to obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning, organizing daily work schedules, meet existing and dealing with potential businesses to be our partner and present our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify appropriate B2B prospects, set appointment, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales and successfully create a business for new and existing customer accounts.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, and manage complex negotiations with senior level executives.
- Prior to going out for sales calls, oversee the production of bakery products to ensure that bread, sandwiches, and sweets are freshly baked, highest quality, and are always available for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales target, and overcome obstacles that prevent sales.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Build relationships with clients and use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
- Identify opportunities and act to build relationships between individuals, teams, department units, or organization to help achieve business goals.
- Receive customer complaints and coordinate their needs to get and establish customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a periodic sales plan, which highlights the target sales revenue per type.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Stay up-to-date with new products.
