Sales Representative
Job Description
A Sales Representative is a professional who initializes and manages relationships with customers. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase by them or someone in their household.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and advice on selection of products and take orders.
- Should be proficient in POS
- Take order over the phone and other aggregator devices.
- Must have full knowledge of cakes and desserts
- Must be able to quote and take orders for customized cakes and desserts
- Liase with the kitchen on client orders and ensure they are ready on time.
- Be able to multitask
- Keep the work stations and counters clean. Follow the health and safety regulations.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.
- Previous work experience working in a cake shop is a must.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working in a cake shop or F&B outlet.
- Must have good communication skills
