Job Description

Sales Planning (Monthly)
Lead the process of obtaining Sales Forecasts by Channel, Carline, and List Code from respective sales teams. Coordinate with Supply Chain to obtain the latest arrivals forecast by list code.
Develop and maintain a planning sheet to map out sales forecasts and arrivals data, determining optimal orders linked to monthly supply.
Present summarized sales and order forecasts for the year to senior management for review and approval.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to inform strategic planning.
Stock Reporting (Weekly)
Oversee the generation of updated stock and pipeline reports, ensuring they are monitored against orders.
Manage the creation and analysis of weekly stock age reports to maintain optimal inventory levels.
