Gulf Helicopters Company (GHC) is a vertically integrated helicopter company operating a fleet of more than 50 helicopters that provides full tip-to-tail MRO, CAMO, and training services. Our maintenance and engineering service also offer a very extensive catalogue of services Including Line and Base Maintenance, AOG Recovery, Aircraft technical acceptance, Modifications, painting and new installations on board, Components Maintenance Stations and full logistic and spare Support. The Gulf Helicopters Training Academy (GHTA) offers QCAA and EASA approved type rating for AW139 and AW189 pilots and engineers alike. With our range of AW139 and AW189 Full Flight Simulators (FFS) we offer cost efficient quality training solutions to our clients.        

Responsibilities
  • • Generate new client leads & opportunities for GHC’s product & service portfolio.
  • Handle the sales cycle as defined in the BD & Sales procedures manual. 
  • Close leads & opportunities for GHC’s product & service portfolio. 
  • Collaborate with client and GHC technical teams to understand GHC capability to fulfil client requirements. 
  • Handle the procurement process for 3rd party related part sales.
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure swift service delivery and TAT.
  • Handle incoming customer queries through telephone and email.
  • Update reporting tools to enable the management to accurately and timely see forecasted and current sales.
  • Create POs/ invoices in coordination with sales, finance and technical teams. 
  • Assist customers with product- & service-related inquiries and consult customers in a professional manner. 
  • Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts and regions. 
  • Prepare quotes and pro-forma invoices.
  • Prepare, customize & keep updated GHC company and product presentations.
  • Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, and Adhoc reports, as required.
  • Track and update product/ service information from the technical divisions and update BD & Sales data base. Development/ Update of policies and procedures for the BD & Sales Department.
