What you will do
The Sales Manager is a key role reporting directly to the Regional Sales Leader. You will be based in Riyadh and part of Fire Detection team directly responsible for driving sales and market growth across the Saudi Arabia region, specifically for our AutoCall UL products and developing long-term relationships with end users, developer, distributors, and consultants.
As a Sales Manager, you will be primarily focused on developing distributor channels, generate new accounts, drive push and pull activities for business growth and increase sales opportunities to maximize the revenue. You will manage and accelerate business growth for our Distribution channels by collaborating with developers, contractors, consultants, and customers. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, finding potential and manage existing customers to ensure they are satisfied and committed to future sales of AutoCall UL Fire detection products in Saudi Arabia.
As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our Saudi Arabia region.
How you will do it
As a Sales Manager you will identify new geographical or vertical opportunities, develop business plans and go to market strategies that pave the way for long term profitable growth. You will be in the field networking, cold calling, visiting clients, and potential customers to generate interest and develop pitches that speak to their needs. You’ll be technically adept in Fire Detection and the AutoCall product offering, visit consultants and contractors to present our product range to ensure we are providing competitive technical solutions, and using a pull strategy to grow our market share in Saudi Arabia.
You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong channel partner relationships, self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your territory growth. You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
- 10 Years minimum sales experience in UL Fire Detection sales.
- Proficiency in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Experienced in executing push & pull sales activities across channels to drive product revenue growth.
- Fluent language skills in English and Arabic.
- Willing & able to travel up to 70% within Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures.
Preferred
- Sales experience in UL Autocall Fire Detection product range
- Experience of selling in the Saudi Arabia region
- Fluent language skills in Arabic
