We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the plastics and polymers industry for my client’s UAE business. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, manage key accounts, and expand the customer base.
– Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
– The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in the plastics or polymers sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics within the GCC region.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the plastics or polymers industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
