Sales Manager – International Markets – (Manhole covers, Engineering – Ducast Factory LLC

Responsibilities
International sales, preferably in the foundry industry or related sectors (manhole covers, engineering castings). Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the GCC , UK, US , Italy , Germany Europe, Asia , and Russia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned regions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the foundry industry or related sectors (manhole covers, engineering castings).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing international accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of the GCC , UK, US , Italy , Germany Europe, Asia , and Russia markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to international markets
