Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible of building accounts for ICT and System integration product, have a better understanding of service providers and can be bridge between the company’s, Govt Entities and Service provider.

Responsibilities
· Achieving the agreed yearly/monthly sales targets as per budget & as directed by management. · Ensure the submitted opportunities are having expected Gross Margin and sufficient cost allocation for all activities in the developed P&Ls. · Sells Tamdeed services-ICT, ELV & System Integration by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients. · Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue for short and long term with recurring yearly business. · Penetration and upsell to targeted accounts and grow the assigned sales targets. · Build on a trusted relations with customers across all middle and executive levels. · Following consultative sales approach and trusted advisory role to the customers · Develop alliances that will accelerate the additional revenue. · Follow-up on all assigned/initiated sales opportunities till successful conclusion. · Managing the sales process & ensure compliance with company procedures. · Structure and produce compelling sales proposals, commercially. · Answer customers’ queries, concerns & stay updated with new technology trends & innovations. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in information system, Business, or equivalents 5-8 years in a similar role
