Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing the sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and mentor a sales team to maximize performance
- Conduct daily sales meetings and track team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate new leads through cold calling and networking
- Prepare and present sales reports to the Managing Director
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the marketing agency industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Arabic (essential)
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, SEO, and web design
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
