Manage relationships with existing customers

Responsibilities
  • Implementing sales strategy based on analysis of previous year's performance against existing corporate customers (as well as competitive analysis wherever applicable),
  • Understand business growth for customer segments. Build relationship with key customers;
  • Invest time and effort on enhancing relationships & influence customers decision-making process towards doing business with Golden tag & Golden stitch.
  • Sales planning process by reviewing previous years actuals sales versus planned (KPI s).
  • Cascade targets to sales team members. Address performance in 1:1 discussion with team members.
  • Monitoring teams prospect funnel on a weekly basis and progress of prospects through various stages of the funnel.
  • Validate selective non-conversions independently via customer visits.
  • Review new sales opportunities to direct team members for first-mover advantage with such prospects.
  • Ensuring that the sales targets set are achieved for the department.
  • Directly assist with negotiating for pricing and commercial terms with selective key customers and intervene on negotiations for challenging cases, build credibility and trust with customers to facilitating conversions by directly addressing any concerns.
  • Demonstrate willingness to take on addition job/task related to the business not defined in key responsibilities and all other department related jobs, as and when required.
