Sales Manager – Al Islami Foods
Responsibilities
· Develops and manages sales/promotional operating budgets.
· Plans and oversees promotion activities
· Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
· Ensures effective control of promotional results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of promotional objectives falls within designated budgets.
· Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts promotional strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
· Monitors competitor products, sales and promotional activities.
· Guides preparation of promotional activity reports and presents to executive management.
· Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
· Creating a trade promotional strategy and communicating this to the promotional team.
· Executing the trade promotional plan across the region.
· Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
· Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
· Coordinating the creation and delivery of promotional materials and content.
· Managing and motivating a team of trade promotional executives. ·Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
· Creating trade promotional plans for individual products and product ranges
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 2 years as Area Manager.
· Minimum 5 years of Sales or FMCG experience.
· Minimum 5 years UAE market experience is essential.
· Minimum 2 years Key Account Management Experience
· Experience in managing, leading and motivating a sales team is highly essential.
