Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meeting with potential clients to assess their immigration needs, understand their circumstances, and determine the appropriate immigration solutions.
- Sales and Marketing: Actively promoting immigration services to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending immigration fairs or events.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures for different countries or regions to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the immigration process.
- Documentation Assistance: Assisting clients with preparing and organizing required documents, applications, and forms for immigration purposes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with immigration lawyers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth immigration processes for clients.
- Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company or organization, and continuously seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing immigration consulting practices.
