We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth for our villa renovation and construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting high-net-worth clients, and delivering tailored solutions to transform luxury villas.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to understand project needs and provide solutions. • Prepare quotes, follow up, and close sales. • Stay informed of Dubai’s real estate trends, local regulations, and luxury villa design standards. • Achieve sales targets and promote additional services. • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Address any on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or renovation. • Strong understanding of Dubai’s construction regulations and villa architecture. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure. • Valid driver’s license.
