Job Description
A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Client Retention: Focus on client retention by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
- Customer Visits: Regularly visit clients to discuss their needs, showcase new products, and provide solutions.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Identifying Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell a wide range of OS&E products, including linen, fillings, towels and amenities. Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure sales.
3. Market Analysis: Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and their applications.
- Training: Provide training and demonstrations to clients on the proper use and benefits of products.
5. Order Management:
- Order Processing: Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- After-Sales Service: Handle after-sales support, including addressing any issues related to product quality or delivery.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Sales Reports: Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and agreements.
7. Collaboration:
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Team Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and address challenges.
Qualifications:
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its supply needs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
