Responsibilities
- Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in details.
- Responding to enquiries & quotation requests, providing and maintaining high clientele satisfaction Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverables (Drawing, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ).
- Based out of one of our Experience Centers, you will be required to attend customer walk-ins.
- Sell Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to and achieving monthly sales target through project sales.
- Your responsibilities will range from client front-ending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
- Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly.
